Brief Info About Orange Corners
Orange Corners is a Netherlands initiative geared towards providing young entrepreneurs across Africa and the Middle East with training, mentorships, connections, capital, and facilities required to build and develop their desired businesses.
While trying to channel the program to solving pressing issues, specific treatment is given to young entrepreneurs who are developing innovations and solutions to local challenges, thus contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Orange Corners believe in teamwork/partnership. They partner with renowned stakeholders; local, Dutch and international companies, universities, governments, and other platforms.
They try to leverage the capabilities of able African citizens for a better Nation geared towards entrepreneurship.
Qualification criteria for Orange Corner Incubation Programme
This covers the requirements for applying for this great opportunity.
- Be passionate about entrepreneurship and from Lagos, Nigeria.
- Be between the age of 18-35.
- Must have a feasible, innovative business at hand/paper, not more or less than 2 years; Fresh and innovative idea.
- Your business or idea must solve a prominent problem in Nigeria.
- The product or service should be in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
What must my product have to be selected?
Since there are many applicants, your product needs to possess uniqueness and the following properties;
- Be Innovative.
- Feasible.
- Socially Impacting.
- Have a focus market/audience.
- Sustainable and Scalable.
- Better business plan.
What will I gain from this initiative/programme?
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the programme will be held virtually and in person.
Apart from the entrepreneurial knowledge, tools, and resources to be gained from this programme, you will be exposed to connections that will solidify your new entrepreneurial journey.

How to apply for Orange Corners Nigeria Incubation Programme 2023/2014
The application process involves a two-day Bootcamp.
After application, 50 semi-finalists will be selected.
These 50 semi-finalists will participate in a compulsory 2-day BootCamp where juries will choose the 20 young best-fit entrepreneurs that will be joining the Orange Corners incubation programme.
The selected entrepreneurs will participate in the programme for about six months.
