Application Process

Only applicants who have completed their PhD degree or near completion are eligible to apply for this scholarship program. Students who are have just begun their PhD or an equivalent program (DBA) cannot apply because the scholarship is a Scholars Program for research purposes and a graduate or postgraduate scholarship program.
